I specialise in advising upon and mediating financial cases involving business assets, recently acting for clients with companies in the health, property, professional services, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. I am commercially aware and can draw on legal expertise across Mills & Reeve. I listen to what my clients want to achieve and agree a strategy that prioritises those outcomes, whether they want to retain their businesses, sell, or buy time to raise capital.
I am also regularly instructed in complex children matters. I represented a father in successfully defending the mother’s application to move their two children 3,000 miles away.
