Case: AP v TD
Our Manchester team represented the mother in a complex children case. The mother had moved with the children to Canada with the father’s consent. When difficulties arose with the arrangements for the children to spend time with their father, the court determined that the English courts retained jurisdiction to deal with those difficulties. This was despite the children no longer living here because the couple had agreed that the English courts would in an earlier consent order.
