Order moving a child overseas upheld

Case:  Re M-A

Nigel Shepherd and Rose-Marie Drury represented the father, a high-profile individual, in long-running and highly-conflicted multi-jurisdictional children proceedings. In earlier proceedings, the father had successfully obtained permission from the court to move their young child (who had additional developmental needs) to Canada to live with him. This decision was successfully upheld on appeal.
