I specialise in helping people deal with the consequences of the end of a marriage or relationship. In particular, I advise in relation to finances after divorce and child arrangements. I have experience of helping people with complex children issues and the fair division of financial assets.

I worked with a client on a complex international children case in the High Court involving wardship proceedings and an application to relocate overseas.

I have negotiated a significant settlement for an unmarried mother securing periodical payments for the benefit of her as the child’s primary carer as well as housing provision beyond what could have been achieved at Court.

I helped to secure a settlement in a sensitive case which involved the protection of business assets and the division of the matrimonial home.

I have recently advised on the international implications of pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.

I am a member of Resolution which means I am committed to trying to help people to deal with issues in an amicable way and without having to go to Court. I believe that most problems can be solved through collaboration and creative problem solving.
