As an experienced family lawyer and mediator I regularly advise clients on the full range of issues arising out of family and relationship breakdown. This includes financial settlements, children matters, or international divorce. I particularly enjoy working with clients with overseas assets, complex trusts or owner managed businesses. 

I have recently assisted a client who was concerned about hidden assets. We ensured the proper orders were made by the Court to protect the client and achieve a fair outcome.

As a mediator I helped a couple explore how to separate whilst minimising the effect of the divorce on their children. We prepared a parenting agreement that dealt with specific issues such as taking the children abroad and when the children would see their grandparents and other family members. The family greatly benefited from being able to settle all the issues out of court.

Chambers & Partners ranked me as an “Associate to Watch” in 2019 and interviewees commented that I am “unbelievably calm and unflappable even in the most stressful situations.” I have been recognised as a “rising star” in Legal 500 for the past three years with specific recognition for my mediation work with high net worth individuals.

I regularly provide training to other family lawyers and private wealth professionals. I am vice chair of the Resolution Dispute Resolution Committee and also sit on the Family Mediation Council working group for mediation accreditation. I also chair a training and discussion group for family mediators based in The City.
