I help clients through a variety of family related matters including divorce, finances, children, separation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, non-molestation and occupation orders, and cohabitation/TOLATA. I particularly enjoy taking time to understand my client and their objectives, whatever their issue may be, so that I can help them to achieve their aims in a proportionate and cost-efficient way.
Example(s) of some recent work
Recently, I settled a complicated financial matter with international elements at FDR. By working with counsel, we were able to resolve the case in a way that enabled both parties to have a clean break and live separate lives.
I have also recently worked on a divorce and finance matter where my client’s husband was sending abusive messages to her. In addition to advising on the divorce, I was able, though my correspondence, to stop the abusive messages coming from her husband so that they were able to communicate more effectively and move the legal matters forward.
